As is the tradition, Whistler delivers. We ran into a bunch of friends from Utah and with the exception of Alex blowing a berm and coming to a sudden stop on the side of his head, everyone came back down just fine. I also got the tow-in from Toni on Dwayne Johnson, which is a new pro line on the lower mountain that has by far the biggest gap/step-up I’ve ever hit in my life. If you’re riding into it thinking “Oh my God this is way too fast!!!” then your speed is just right. Toni hit Crabapple Hits, and Jen had a break-out day as well, ticking off several list items including Drop-In Clinic and Schleyer.
