Southern Utah

On our way back south from a gear change in Salt Lake, Jen and I spent a few days hanging around just outside Zion. It’s a place where we go often, but since we were waiting out weather in the places we were headed, it seemed like a good opportunity to look around a few corners of the area that we had not seen before.

So, after riding Gooseberry to give Murphy a run and spending a lazy Saturday shooting a 3D archery course with Aaron we went exploring for a couple days. Of the things we saw, White Rock Hoodoos were by far the most impressive. It was like a different planet back there, and I highly recommend hiking the loop if you’re in the area.

Too bad these towers were barely rock.
This place was like being on Mars.
Such an amazing place.
The landscape here was incredible.
I have no idea how this is still here.
