Instead of heading straight back to Squamish after running from the smoke, we came through Vancouver to visit with Jen’s family a bit. While we were there, they came up with an afternoon adventure for all of us and the dogs. Their plan was to hike up Lynn Canyon, which in the early spring is a quite burly river and in the late summer is a nearly empty bed of rocks. But this time of year it’s just low enough that you can do a combination of hiking and swimming to work your way from one trailhead to another.
Because we were in the water so much, basically all of my shots are of Murphy from under the water. But damn they’re cute.
